Adam joined Jones Lang LaSalle in late 2013. He is currently responsible for
modeling maintenance strategies for new and existing clients and estimating
engineering labor resources for the corporate solution development team.
Adam came to Jones Lang LaSalle from ABM after 10 years in account
management & operations. He has served a diverse group of clients for in the
office, technical, and biomedical fields. Adam has done extensive training in
safety and ISO programs, LEED and Energy Star. He was a consultant for
reliability centered maintenance in refineries, power plants and pharmaceutical
centers. Adam has detailed experience in the design, review and
implementation of preventative maintenance programs and task analysis. He
has extensive training in human resource Management.
Adam is a graduate of the California Maritime Academy where he earned a BA
in Marine Engineering and an Unlimited USCG Operators License and a
Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. He is a frequent guest speaker
for their Facility Engineering program. Locally Adam participates in BOMA, and
IFMA and acting Region 4 Vice President for the Association of Facilities
